- Estimated annual base pay: $27.92 (minimum) - $34.90 (midpoint) - $41.88 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re an Operations Logistics Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The position supports production from a technical standpoint and has a basic understanding of the product being produced in the area. It is the first line of defense for production related issues. The position solves minor manufacturing problems and works with members to implement process and product improvements.
What You Will Be Doing
- Understands six sigma/lean tools. Participates in 5S.
- Troubleshoots and solves problems.
- Understands and follows processes. Identifies areas for improvement.
- Recommends revisions of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout or other changes to increase production or improve standards.
- Participates in cross-functional team projects.
- Maintains and creating Logistics work procedures.
- Manages inventory thresholds.
- Manages inventory kanban's.
- Implements continuous improvement.
- Reviews and report on metrics.
What We Are Looking For
- US – High School Diploma required.
- Less than 2 years’ Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Basic written/verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of six sigma tools and lean principles
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
