Import Analyst in JoomPro

After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets.

Now we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.

Responsibilities

• Consulting sales department on logistics and customs matters
• Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations
• NCM codes classification
• Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries
• Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same position
• Knowledge of NCM codes classification
• Experience with MS Office namely with Excel and Macros
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English
