What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage warehouse and dispatch operations efficiently. This includes overseeing daily warehouse tasks like receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring accurate inventory control through effective systems. The role involves managing dispatch operations, including loading finished goods, meeting delivery deadlines (DIFOT), optimizing container space, and controlling costs.

The candidate will lead and develop the warehouse and dispatch teams, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and fostering a culture of safety and improvement. They will analyze metrics, apply lean principles, and resolve bottlenecks to enhance efficiency. Inventory management responsibilities include maintaining accuracy, conducting regular counts, and collaborating with production and procurement teams to optimize stock levels.
