Job Description

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team owns the resolution of operational incidents and the operational relationship with our strategic customers. With extensive know-how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand the unique operational challenges of our customers and continuously strive for innovations and improvements.    

The essence of your role:

  • Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
  • Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
  • Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
  • Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long-term and trusting collaboration.
  • Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers. 

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed:

  • Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
  • Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)
