Job Description

  • Manage annual budgeting processes and monitor budget performance.
  • Conduct competitor analyses to identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Perform analyses to enhance operational profitability and develop optimization strategies.
  • Forecast demand peaks during matches, campaigns, and special occasions, and create action plans and alternative scenarios accordingly.
  • Monitor requests from global teams, assess their potential impact on the Turkey operation, and ensure proper planning and execution.
  • Prepare cost forecasts and future operational plans.
  • Manage and monitor bonus and incentive processes within budget frameworks.
  • Develop action plans aimed at reducing turnover rates.
  • Identify regional improvement opportunities and implement productivity-enhancing projects.
  • Track, analyze, and improve operational performance processes.
  • Conduct KPI- and data-driven analyses and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure effective budget and cost management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, operations, planning, or similar functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
  • Solid understanding of KPI-driven working environments.
  • Strong capabilities in scenario planning, simulation, and forecasting.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of taking quick action.
  • Strong process management and coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and operational planning processes.
  • Fluent in English.
