Job Description- Manage annual budgeting processes and monitor budget performance.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Perform analyses to enhance operational profitability and develop optimization strategies.
- Forecast demand peaks during matches, campaigns, and special occasions, and create action plans and alternative scenarios accordingly.
- Monitor requests from global teams, assess their potential impact on the Turkey operation, and ensure proper planning and execution.
- Prepare cost forecasts and future operational plans.
- Manage and monitor bonus and incentive processes within budget frameworks.
- Develop action plans aimed at reducing turnover rates.
- Identify regional improvement opportunities and implement productivity-enhancing projects.
- Track, analyze, and improve operational performance processes.
- Conduct KPI- and data-driven analyses and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure effective budget and cost management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, planning, or similar functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of KPI-driven working environments.
- Strong capabilities in scenario planning, simulation, and forecasting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of taking quick action.
- Strong process management and coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and operational planning processes.
- Fluent in English.
