Order & Delivery Schedule Management - Improve customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery and proactive communication of order status.
Production Capacity Coordination & Shipment - Maximize production efficiency and resource utilization, reducing operational cost and improving profit margin.
Freight Management - Control transportation cost and provide competitive pricing to customers, enhancing market competitiveness and profitability.
Exception Handling - Minimize business disruption and financial loss through quick problem resolution, protecting company reputation and customer relationship.
Customer Service - Strengthen customer loyalty and retention, generate positive word-of-mouth, and support business growth through excellent service delivery.
Support all general affairs activities in site and items assigned by line manager.
● Knowledge:
- Broad experience in logistics.
- Good communication and social skills.
● Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in business or commercial required, plus applicable experience.
● Required Levels of Experiences:
- Broad view on business processes and 2 years of international trade experience.
- Intermediate Business English.
