About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are excited to open up an opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as an Operations Support professional. This role forms the critical backbone of our local operations, facilitating efficient field services. Successful applicants will ensure our team is always equipped with the necessary resources, training, tools, and systems to perform their tasks optimally.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: supplier setup, part number setup, order intake, validation, allocation, fulfillment, and delivery
- Align customer orders with inventory availability and supply planning
- Prioritize orders for telecom projects (rollouts, upgrades, maintenance)
- Monitor and improve KPIs: order cycle time, fill rate, and service levels
- Coordinate with sales, planning, and operations for demand visibility and execution
- Manage backorders, order exceptions, and escalation processes
- Provide material status updates in weekly deployment meetings (per site)
- Reallocate materials to achieve 100% BOM completion and reuse excess inventory
- Track materials manually for special projects and site builds
- Design and manage distribution networks, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, freight optimization, and 3PL/4PL coordination
- Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and safety regulations
- Implement reverse logistics processes for returns and waste reduction
- Coordinate material deliveries based on "Need By Dates" and project requirements
- Manage pickups and timely movement of materials from market warehouses
- Oversee POD packing and delivery per process requirements
- Coordinate return, scrap, or decommissioning of excess/customer-owned materials
- Lead warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling
- Ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and safety compliance
- Drive automation and digitalization (WMS, barcode, RFID)
- Manage inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and working capital
- Align logistics with S&OP processes and demand planning
- Analyze supply-demand gaps and implement corrective actions
- Track KPIs: inventory turnover, service levels, and order cycle time
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting fulfillment and network continuity
- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and urgent requirements
- Lead logistics and warehouse transformation projects
- Apply PMI-PMP methodology across project lifecycle
- Support telecom rollout, expansion, and upgrade initiatives
- Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder communication
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Order & Delivery Management, logistics, & Warehousing
- Proven experience in establishing greenfield supply chain setups including warehouse, and WMS systems.
- Experience in Ericsson ERP/WMS systems (SAP) and telecom project environments
- Be familiar with Ericsson or distributor claims processes and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve any disputes related to defective materials.
- Good aptitude to embrace/deploy Project Management Skills
- Proven experience in managing telecom rollout & implementation projects
- Strong understanding of telecom equipment, including cell towers, rooftop sites, small cells, fiber optics, power systems, and backhaul technologies.
- Proven experience supporting multiple wireless infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Be familiar with Ericsson or distributor claims processes and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve any disputes related to defective materials.
- APICS - CSCP / CPIM certification (preferred/required)
- PMI Credentials - PMP preferred

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
• Toronto: $87,500- $ 114,000
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan : Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
