We are looking for a dynamic Logistics Manager to become a vital part of our vibrant QEHS/Logistics, working in-office from our Budapest, Hungary office. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum! 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager is responsible for all onsite logistics, warehouse, and shipping operations, ensuring full compliance with EU Dual-Use, Hungarian customs, and applicable U.S. reexport and sanctions regulations.  This role reports to the Global Manager of Trade Compliance & Logistics (offsite). The position serves as the primary onsite authority for shipment execution, logistics flow, and compliance controls, including the authority to stop shipments.

Insight on your impact:

  • Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities when needed.
  • Provide all onsite logistics support to warehouse and business units.
  • Manager and schedule onsite logistics and warehouse staff.
  • Control all inbound and outbound movements (commercial and non-commercial goods).
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment aligned with priorities.
  • Prepare and review shipping\export documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents).
  • Coordinate carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Negotiate and manage carrier performance, including internal bill review and approval.
  • Execute denied party screening and shipment reviews per SOPs.
  • Verify export classifications (ECCN\EU Dual-Use) and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure proper use of authorizations and maintain required records.
  • Enforce compliance procedures and act as the onsite shipment control point.
  • Escalate compliance concerns to Global Manager of Trade Compliance & Logistics.
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate facility needs and equipment continuity.
  • Assist in preparing reports on quality and compliance performance.
  • Download copies of all import and export filings not internal system generated.

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • 5+ years logistics\warehouse experience in a regulated environment.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • International shipping and customs knowledge.
  • Trade compliance\export control exposure preferred.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
