WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Create new plans and strategies to drive logistics business volume from merchants.
  • Monitor and achieve the monthly and quarterly logistics KPI, analyze and report to management.
  • Build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels.
  • Stay on top of latest logistics market trends, and identify potential accounts.
  • Market data collection, verification, analysis and proactive to gather market intelligence, comprehend of competitor’s activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collect feedback on logistics from accounts, while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback.
  • Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different logistics solutions among various SHOPLINE merchants.
  • Work and communicate between different functions within the company to develop proposals that speak to key accounts’ wide range of requests, concerns, and objectives.
  • Manage daily logistics matters to ensure smooth delivery progress and experience to merchants and their consumers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies in logistics.
  • Work closely with logistics partners and handle operational duties.
  • Review and implement cooperation plans based on both internal and partner needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of working relationships with logistics partners, internal parties and merchants, and always look for ways to improve.
  • Build and maintain a solid business relationship with domestic customers which includes client visits and relationship management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, e-commerce, and with 2 years in management level
  • Past experience in customer service, account management, courier service operations, warehouse operations would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good judgment and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
