What will you do?
- Follow and supervise the application of safety rules in line with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness in all assigned areas, working in line with correct workplace hygiene practices.
- Manage the waste disposal process (suppliers, documentation, tracking system, etc.).
- Plan the production program in coordination with the production manager.
- Assist in planning and monitoring production in relation to material requirements and consumption, warehouse capacity, and stock levels.
- Supervise warehouse management, maintaining FIFO.
- Identify, implement, and lead improvement projects to streamline flow and remove bottlenecks.
- Manage raw material stock to ensure production continuity according to customer orders and material lead times.
- Prepare purchase orders for needed materials and services.
- Support the Global Procurement team by communicating raw material needs and coordinating deliveries.
- Negotiate the delivery schedule with transportation contractors.
- Manage all transport documentation (picking lists, issuing sales orders, delivery notes, etc.) and import/export procedures.
- Manage material and finished product movement in SAP.
- Support Global Sales and R&D teams in new product listing and SAP configuration.
- Collaborate with the Global ERP team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of the supply chain process
- Excellent applied knowledge of WCM standards
- Deep understanding of SAP
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in the logistics field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics in a manufacturing company
