- Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound shipping and freight operations, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Oversee U.S. Customs and international trade compliance activities, including tariff classification (HTS) and duty management.
- Supervise a team of logistics staff; assign workload and review performance.
- Serve as primary point of escalation for shipment issues, carrier disputes, and customer service concerns.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and customs agents; negotiate rates and service agreements.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations, trade agreements, and company policy.
