Manager (ADNOC Project)

Job
Purpose
Manage
end-to-end logistics operations for projects, ensuring safe, timely, and
cost-effective movement of materials, equipment, project cargo, and personnel
across sites, ports, yards, and offshore locations.
Key
Responsibilities
- Plan and
manage project logistics in line with project schedules and operational
needs.
- Coordinate
transport, freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing,
and material delivery.
- Manage
mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment, and project
assets.
- Coordinate
with Procurement, Project, Marine, Operations, HSE, and site teams to
avoid delays.
- Supervise
logistics vendors, transport contractors, freight forwarders, and
warehouse service providers.
- Monitor
inventory, receiving, storage, dispatch, and material tracking.
- Ensure all
permits, shipping documents, customs requirements, and port approvals are
in place.
- Prepare
logistics reports, budgets, cost forecasts, and improvement plans.
- Ensure
compliance with HSE, quality, security, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Lead and
develop the logistics team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related
field.
- Minimum
10–15 years of logistics experience, including 5 years in a managerial
role.
- Experience
in marine construction, offshore, oil & gas, EPC, dredging, or heavy
industrial projects.
- Strong
knowledge of project cargo, port operations, customs clearance, transport,
and warehouse management.
- UAE/GCC
experience and ERP/SAP/Oracle exposure are preferred.
- Strong
planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, reporting, and
communication skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10-15 years of logistics experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial logistics role
- Experience in marine construction, offshore, oil and gas, EPC, dredging, or heavy industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of project cargo, port operations, customs clearance, transportation, and warehouse management
- UAE or GCC experience
- ERP, SAP, or Oracle exposure
- Planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, reporting, and communication skills
