The Logistics Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure logistics operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and on schedule. This role drives supply chain performance by coordinating transportation, warehousing, and external commerce activities while supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives. The Logistics Leader partners with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This position also leads and develops a logistics team while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and fluency in written and spoken English.
9+ years of experience managing transportation, distribution centers, and external commerce operations, including 3+ years leading teams.
Experience working within matrix organizations and multinational companies, with strong expertise in external commerce, warehousing, and distribution.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and SAP Transportation Module, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and results-oriented capabilities.
