Your Role: Logistics Lead
As a Logistics Lead, you’ll help keep our operation moving by coordinating the shipment of precision parts and medical devices to customers worldwide. You’ll lead shipping activities, support your team, solve problems, and ensure every shipment is accurate, compliant, and on time.

What You’ll Do
• Lead daily shipping and logistics activities to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Train and support team members while helping improve processes.
• Coordinate shipments, documentation, carriers, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with production, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to solve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical device shipping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of shipping, logistics, or distribution experience (lead experience preferred).
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with shipping software or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.

Skills Required
