We are currently recruiting for a Logistics IT Project Manager to sit within the UNIQLO EU team, based in Puttershoek. You will be reporting into the IT Systems Manager, working closely with the wider global IT and logistics teams.
What you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of SCM application to ensure system availability, performance
Collaborating with the IT team and vendors in Japan to resolve technical issues
Collaborating with UNIQLO logistics team and 3PL operation team to resolve operational issues and implement enhancements
Developing and maintaining operational procedures, training materials for SCM application
Defining business and system requirements for WMS and related logistics system throughout discussion with 3PL operation team and UNIQLO logistics
Leading the project management activities for SCM application enhancement including, budgeting, project planning, monitoring
Communicating project status, updates, risks to stakeholders and senior management
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Experience in IT project management in SCM application or related technologies
Understanding of Supply Chain Management process including warehousing, inventory management
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in multiple countries
Business level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in both written and verbal forms
