Specific information about the area:
Develop and implement improvements in the kitting, storage, and material supply processes within the Material Logistics Center (MLC) through operational data analysis, process standardization, and support for the implementation of the WMS (Blue Yonder), with the objective of increasing productivity, reducing picking errors, and ensuring the continuity of material flow to the plant.
Activities:
- Daily tracking of operational KPIs (productivity, errors, fulfillment compliance)
- Support in kitting processes and sequence validation
- Incident analysis (Short, Wrong Item, etc.)
- Updating and improving work standards (SOPs)
The student will be developed in:
- Introduction to warehouse operations and material flow
- WMS (Blue Yonder) training
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- Warehouse Safety (EHS)
- Data Analysis for Operations (Advanced Excel / Power BI)
- Supply Chain and Material Planning Fundamentals
Responsibilities

QualificationsRequirements:
- Availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled at the University until June–July 2027).
- Availability to cover 7 morning hours from Monday to Friday, preferably from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Student of: Industrial Engineering, Systems and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering
- English Level: Basic.
- Must have a Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
