Job Description- Freight Cost Clearance
- Input non-bonded permit data and impex shipping data for CDC Singapore warehouse operation and freight report
- Monthly Material Master update to LSP
- Check HS code discrepancy and alert to foreign trade
- Receive new logistics cost billing report from LSP and input into shared folder, format file as required template
- Factual check data between shipping document and LSP logistics excel template, identify any discrepancy
- Split cost per business unit and fill in forwarder report when logistics cost with LSP has been verified clearly
- Pull report from SAP to fill in freight cost clearance (FCC) report and link this data to forwarder report
- Input all confirmation data into Billing confirmed file in share point to save data for payment process
- Confirm workflow in ECM (Finance system) to proceed logistics cost payment for LSP
- Manage freight cost clearance for DHL Express, Fedex and VAS (value added service) local charge in India
- Impex Operation
- Support on preparing documents related to Impex operation
- Input outbound and inbound delivery to Impex report for daily booking
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications
1. Education:
- 3rd/Final year student majoring in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics
2. Work Experience:
- No working experiences required; however, students with logistics related activities are a plus
3. Languages:
- Mandatory: Vietnamese & English
- Optional:
4. Hardware / Software Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
5. Special Skills:
Candidates with Time Management and Task Management skills are preferred
6. Personality:
Highly organized, proactive with “can do attitude”
Communicate effectively with a high attention to details
High sense of discipline and confidentiality
7. Regular working time:
Be able to work full-time
Additional Information- Internship period: 16 November 2026 onwards (must be able to commit minimum 6 months)
- Regular working time: 9 AM – 6PM Mon to Fri
Skills Required
- 3rd- or final-year student majoring in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Vietnamese and English language proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work full-time from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday
- Available from November 16, 2026, and able to commit to a minimum six-month internship
- No prior work experience required
- Logistics-related activities or experience
- Time management and task management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, effective communicator, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality
