What you'll do
- Assist in managing operations, including metrics and performance, tracking, supplier coordination and unblocking operational issues
- Work closely with our suppliers to deliver the best experience possible (fast, reliable delivery) to our end customers
- Help improve internal processes for shipping, and warehouse management
- Work with the logistics team to monitor and track shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing logistics performance, reducing costs, and improving supply chain efficiency
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners
- Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our operations
- Play a vital role in Qogita’s success by building and refining processes that keep our operations running smoothly.
What you'll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Confidence using, or a willingness to learn, tools such as CRMs, admin portals, monitoring systems, and business analytics platforms.
- A curiosity for technology - you enjoy tinkering with new tools and finding smarter ways of working.
- Based in, or able to commute to, our Amsterdam office at least four days per week.
- Enrolled at a Dutch university with the right to work in the Netherlands.
- Available to start in September 2026.
