- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Partner with site leadership teams to enhance warehouse processes, resource utilisation, space optimisation, and operational workflows.
- Support the implementation of new customer operations, warehouse launches, and expansion projects, ensuring operational readiness and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Assist with warehouse fit-outs, process implementation, testing, commissioning, and launch activities where required.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Monitor key operational metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Automation, Solution Design, Procurement, and Project Management to deliver operational and strategic initiatives.
- Support standardisation and best-practice sharing across the regional Contract Logistics network.
- Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
