Position Title: Logistics CSR
Directly Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Description:
The Logistics CSR will be the liaison between customers, 3PL, warehouses, and internal teams for logistical support related to shipping and delivery of orders. This role will work closely with 3PL and warehouses to ensure shipments are loaded according to target ship dates. Delivery related issues will be managed within this role which will require interaction between customers and 3PL to determine resolution. Position will participate in weekly 3PL / warehouse meetings to answer and assist with questions.
- Communicate missed pick up appointments with customers arranging freight
- Ensure customers provide new, amended, or rescheduled delivery appointment information to 3PL
- Report missing or wrong information found within 3PL shipment tracking portal
- Identify and address issues with essential documentation for both domestic and international shipments
- Answer all shipment, appointment, and WH capacity related inquiries
- Review of WH Capacity reports, daily
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods
Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or greater
- Logistics/freight related experience required, including but not limited to shipment coordination, load planning, shipment tracking, freight documents and customs forms (both domestic and foreign)
- Excellent communication skills, including professional email etiquette
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills
- Strong follow-up
