Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Cost Planning Sr Manager to work with CoE Logistics Team to oversee logistics cost management, data analysis, procurement support, payment processes, BPO leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives areas
Key Job Responsabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and monthly closing analyses for logistics costs in Latin America.
Create financial models and predictive analyses to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Oversee logistics cost management, including road freight, sea freight, air freight, and service invoices, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with accounting teams and suppliers to enhance and automate payment processes.
Manage a BPO company that operates as a Shared Services Center for logistics cost settlement and claims processing in Latin America.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance of outsourced processes.
Consolidate and analyze cost-related data to support other logistics departments in evaluating operational improvement opportunities.
Review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documentation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate leadership, execution, communication, and financial analysis skills.
Act with a strategic and analytical mindset, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) with a focus on logistics.
Ability to develop complex financial models and conduct predictive analyses.
Advanced knowledge of logistics cost management and payment processes.
Leadership of teams and management of third parties (BPO).
Experience in KPI analysis and implementation of operational improvements.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
