Salary range: $60k-72k/year, Full time role
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Responsibility
- Dispatch Management:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Assign routes to drivers based on delivery requirements, geographic considerations, and driver availability.
- Monitor the progress of dispatched deliveries, adjusting schedules and routes as needed to accommodate delays or changes in priority.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and warehouse staff regarding dispatch-related inquiries and issues.
- Communicate delivery schedules, instructions, and any special handling requirements to drivers and shipping partners.
