- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and inventory movements.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts and audits.
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or documentation.
- Operate office equipment and as needed, warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) in compliance with safety standards.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Understanding logistics, supply chain, and inventory management principles.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
