Logistics Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

About the Role
RedHelm is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure the efficient handling, storage, and shipment of IT equipment and assets. In this role, you’ll oversee both domestic and international shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that all logistics processes are completed efficiently and in line with RedHelm’s standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments to stage and prepare equipment, support logistics process improvements, and provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Manager of Specialty Services and is based at our Atlanta office.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the shipping and receiving of IT equipment and assets to and from RedHelm’s warehouse.

  • Coordinate the packing, labeling, and shipment of customer orders, ensuring adherence to logistics procedures and timelines.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels within the warehouse.

  • Track and update hardware and software delivery statuses in RedHelm’s internal systems.

  • Ensure all warehouse activities, including equipment check-in/check-out, are properly documented.

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to stage equipment and prepare outbound shipments.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Provide responsive, customer-focused support to internal teams and external clients.

  • Perform other duties as needed to support warehouse and logistics operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or shipping, including domestic and international shipping.

  • Proven experience with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

  • Experience using 3PL systems and familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and initiative.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position based in Atlanta, GA, with compensation based on experience. RedHelm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation, and paid time off.

This role is in-office in Atlanta, GA and requires regular commuting to the office. Reliable transportation is required.
