We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations. This role will ensure smooth coordination across departments, partners, and clients to keep our operations efficient and aligned with our mission of repurposing technology.
Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee Revivn’s logistics processes, ensuring efficient movement of hardware from collection to repurposing. Reporting to Logistics Supervisor, this role is vital for maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about sustainability and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate the pickup, transport, and delivery of hardware from enterprise clients
- Monitor and optimize shipping routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Work closely with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for streamlining logistics processes and reducing waste
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize delays in the supply chain
- Client Support
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing logistics-related inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve any pickup, shipping or delivery issues promptly
About You
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or sustainable operations is a plus
- Experience in vendor selection and performance management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration
- Passion for sustainability and interest in technology

The base range for a Logistics Coordinator is expected to be $60,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
