DEX Imaging is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the movement, scheduling, and tracking of equipment across our operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, communicating across teams, and making sure deliveries, pickups, inventory, and equipment information stay accurate and on schedule. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with drivers, warehouse teams, sales, and other departments to help keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.

JOB SUMMARY

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating equipment deliveries and pickups, supporting inventory assignment and distribution, maintaining accurate equipment information, and communicating delivery schedules and routes.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups.

  • Coordinate inventory assignment and distribution.

  • Maintain accurate equipment information through data entry and system updates.

  • Schedule and communicate delivery routes with drivers.

  • Collaborate professionally with neighboring departments, business units, and partner companies.

  • Support logistics, warehouse, and operational activities as needed.

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and requirements while performing job duties.

  • Complete other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Typically reports to:

  • Regional Supply Chain Manager

  • Warehouse Manager

This position is not directly responsible for managing other employees, including hiring, termination, compensation decisions, or performance management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PivotTables.

  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to learn new processes and responsibilities quickly.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively schedule and communicate delivery routes with drivers.

  • Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and accountability.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with multiple departments and business partners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Logistics and/or order management experience required.

  • Inventory or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Computer literacy required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Regular business hours, with additional hours occasionally required based on business needs.

  • Domestic travel of up to 20% may be required.

  • Work may be performed in both climate-controlled office environments and ambient-temperature warehouse environments.

  • May occasionally be required to work in varying weather conditions as business needs require.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

  • Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and climb stairs as needed to perform job responsibilities.

  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Employees should not attempt to lift, push, or pull loads exceeding 50 pounds without assistance.

  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments, including occasional exposure to varying temperatures or inclement weather.
