The Ooni Pizza Ovens team is expanding and we are looking for a smart, hard-working individual to join our team in Austin, TX as a
Logistics Coordinator.
We need a driven individual with experience in logistics and a passion for precision to work with our Operations team to coordinate freight all over the world.
Ooni has a hybrid approach to work, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our Austin, TX office.
What you'll do:

  • Assist with coordinating the picking, packing, and outbound shipping processes with third-party warehouses and our internal teams to support the fulfilment of shipping deadlines and ensure adherence to operational efficiency standards.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to obtain shipping quotes, route orders in customer TMS', book LTL/FTL shipments, and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for logistics inquiries, including leading daily calls with our 3PL warehousing partner and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to assist in the onboarding process for new wholesale customers.
  • Input, maintain, and interpret logistics data in systems like NetSuite ERP and warehouse management platforms.
  • Generate basic daily reports on logistics operations and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
  • Help coordinate wholesale customer returns and address routine shipping issues with 3PL partners.
  • Maintain clear communication with the rest of the Ops team and Sales regarding logistics updates, order statuses, and any issues with carriers or our warehouses.

  • Amazon order fulfilment


What you'll need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of North American logistics processes.
  • Want to join an epic team of cool people that are working together towards the same goal.

You'll get bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with freight and logistics operations, including import/export documentation and retail order fulfillment.
  • Experience with EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and other cloud-based systems.
  • E-Commerce order fulfilment experience (Shopify)
  • Inventory control planning and reporting experience
  • A degree in logistics / supply chain management

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.
