What You'll Be Doing

• Processes product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. Inputs accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties.
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers.
• Dispose of or resolve inbound calls.
• Process defective and non- conforming product.
• Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with supplier.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and develop tailored post-production programs to meet their needs.
• Responsible for quoting new post-production programs and projects.
• Serve as a consultant to project leaders, providing expertise in inventory software systems and compliance to support the implementation of new or transferred business.
• Assist with written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements related to processes
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
• Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
