LST Group is currently seeking multiple Logistics Coordinator for our Auto Hauling Division. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Tampa, FL Branch.  LCs are the liaison between our customers’ operations and our internal staff. Strong organizational skills, time management and prioritization are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of autos between dealers, suppliers, and to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Data entry into TMS system properly transcribing load details and special requirements
  • Appointment scheduling responsibilities via online planforms, email, and phone communications with shippers and receivers
  • Update customer TMS systems
  • Plan and track shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure the smooth flow of our freight.
  • Respond to customer requests as needed
  • Prepare BOL’s as needed
  • Daily track/trace responsibilities of assigned loads via GPS, phone & email
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams (sales, account management, carrier sales) to address logistical issues or concerns.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping or delivery process such as delays & OS&D’s.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and transportation procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well & multi-task under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required

  • Strong focus, self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
  • Previous administrative or logistics brokerage experience
