The Logistics Coordinator plans next- day delivery routes and provide customer and driver support throughout the delivery process. The Logistics Coordinator also troubleshoots delivery errors and discrepancies, and provides support for the Famous Transportation and Warehouse Teams as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Delivery Route Preplanning
- Review customer order requirements, customer pickups and supplier pickups
- Scheduling delivery time-windows
- Coordinating delivery requests with sales associates
- Conflict resolution for any delivery errors or discrepancies
- Distribution Center Contact for:
- FedEx/UPS small parcel scheduling
- Special order requests
- General warehouse IT Support as needed
