The Position

About the Role

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Supply Chain ERP Systems Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to partner across global business functions to analyze, configure, and optimize automated supply chain workflows. The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for continuously improving ERP system workflows and achieving critical quality objectives within our global supply chain. You will work with a cooperative team to:

  • Analyze and resolve complex supply chain business challenges through automated systems, designing value-added solutions for our stakeholders.

  • Act as the workflow subject matter expert, providing deep expertise and configuration support to enhance ERP system functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and program partners to facilitate seamless communication and support document and plan deployment.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity, system accuracy, and overall service quality.

  • Configure system settings, establish system specifications based on business requirements, and execute rigorous testing protocols.

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards within our quality management system to achieve key business and quality objectives.


Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of business experience, or you have 7 years of directly related experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems analysis.

  • You possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects of varying scopes.

  • You have a solid foundational knowledge of materials management and supply chain logistics (such as supply planning, demand planning, order management, warehousing, or transportation).

  • You are an exceptional communicator (written and verbal) who excels at collaborative problem solving and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.

  • You work comfortably both independently and as part of an onsite, cooperative team, with the capacity to manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain technical systems, including familiarity with specialized platforms (such as PAM and P1U) and proficiency with Google Suite and Project Management applications

  • Solid background in Invoice-to-Delivery and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with a demonstrated ability to monitor order flows and drive continuous workflow improvements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with planning, organizational, and interpersonal abilities that foster strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex software application functions and execute daily operational tasks independently with minimal direction

  • Capacity to manage change and maintain high technical accuracy while prioritizing project team responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, paired with a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity.

This is a hybrid role in Indianapolis, with the majority of time on site.

Relocation benefits are not available.


The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $60,300.00 - $111,900.00 Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance, as well as participation in a long-term incentive program.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
