​Responsible for the US/MX Freight Bill Audit Process, assuring that all system connections are established to pay service providers in a timely manner. As well as liaising with other functional teams to be in compliance with company and legal requirements

Your Role:

  • Oversee the US/MX 3rd party freight bill audit system, which contains all invoicing data from service providers (Logistics and Trade).

  • Manage invoicing discrepancies and issues and follow up with corresponding functional areas (Internal: Finance, GBS, PC, Logistics, Sourcing; External: Logistics, Warehouse, and Trade service providers).

  • Supervise Invoicing audits and validations.

  • Manage and prepare Freight Bill Audit processes, monthly invoicing, and financial information for the Production Control and Finance areas.

  • Engage KPI monitoring to ensure timely invoice processing.

  • Any other activity linked with the position required by the manager.

Your Background:

  • Professional Degree (+3 years’ experience)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Ability to manage other programs to help interpret and manage data (e.g., Tableau, Power BI tools)

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time-sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for escalation to manager/leadership.

  • Including proactivity, teamwork, and strong attention to detail

  • Capability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal customers and external service providers.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (Spanish / English)
