Job Description
● Receiving and cataloguing warehouse deliveries.
● Support operations, and performance of logistics and procurement functions
● Prepare accountability and shipping documentation.
● Coordinate prompt shipment of equipment and supplies using the most appropriate shipping methods.
● Managing inventory levels and replenishing stock accordingly.
● Ensures timely response to inquiries regarding shipment or inventory status.
● Allocating and shipping network spares at short notice.

● Personal development - update relevant knowledge and skills in line with internal developments and process changes.
● Comply with departmental and corporate controls, procedures, and internal control processes.
● Possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct themself with the most significant degree of professional integrity.
● Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
● Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapt to changing requirements, and handle multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
