Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the performance of warehousing and transportation activities executed by a 3PL. The ultimate goal is to deliver the goods in good quality to the customers at the right time and place within agreed budget.

Your role:

  • Ensure deliveries to the warehouse are received, inspected, documented and stored.

  • Warehouse Automation and Warehouse Project.

  • Support continuous improvement on Warehouse related activities and automation.

  • Perform tasks to ensure the products can be delivered to the warehouse (e.g. check ASN, assign dock to truck, check transport documents and segregate stock).

  • Focus to ensure successful implementation of MCC automation Project in HAI robotics and SEER AGV.

  • Plan outbound warehouse activity to meet customer requested delivery date (in alignment with transport planning).

  • Track product availability and pick, pack and ship product for delivery.

  • Count stock and identify damaged, lost, found goods.

  • For outbound delivery ensure truck/container is loaded and documents are attached to shipment.

  • In all execution control and secure quality of warehouse (correct picking/shipping of deliveries, no damages).

You're the right fit if:

  • Education background of diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major.

  • Minimum 8 years working experience of Store & Material handling Supervisor in manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced computer skills with experience in ERP and Reporting systems (SAP).

  • Practical working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Project Management and Change Management (Lead improvement Projects in warehousing and Automation, not just a project member)

  • Knowledge in I4.0 and ability to initiate & implement Warehouse Automation/Digital Transformation

  • Certified in any of these areas such as: Lean, Value Stream Mapping and Six Sigma Knowledge (Certified Green Belt/ Black Belt).

  • Strong leadership for 3-5 years' experience & problem solving.

  • Hands-on experience in leading logistics processes across shipping, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end in-house logistics management.

  • Excellent leadership as well as Change and project management skills demonstrated.

  • Knowledge in I4.0 and ability to initiate & implement Warehouse Automation/Digital Transformation.

  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export formalities.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management (areas such as supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution), best practices, and industry trends on a global scale.

  • Practical knowledge and experience with CI tools Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, JI, DMAIC and similar tools and methods are preferred.

  • Working knowledge of using MS Office, SAP and other systems relating to logistics and warehouse management.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
