Logistics and Production Operations Supervisor
The Warehouse & Production Operations Supervisor leads a small team performing controlled production labeling, outbound fulfillment activities, and inventory management in a regulated manufacturing and warehouse environment. In this critical role, you will ensure accurate execution of production work orders, oversee shipping preparation, inventory accuracy, and drive operational performance through training, process adherence, and continuous improvement. The role is accountable for daily execution, people leadership, and ensuring all production and warehouse activities meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
Your role:
- Supervises and assists a team responsible for production and warehousing order and activities, ensuring precise and efficient execution of production labeling, outbound preparation, inventory handling, and system transactions.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for quality and execution issues, including labeling errors, inventory discrepancies, system variances, or shipment deviations, coordinating containment, corrective actions, and cross‑functional communication as required.
- Provides ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to operators on production processes, labeling requirements, safety protocols, and quality expectations, ensuring team competence and consistency.
- Ensures strict adherence to specifications, SOPs, and work instructions across production labeling, outbound preparation, and inventory activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or warehousing supervisor roles. (This is a people leader of 2 employees)
- Your skills include Production Management, Quality Monitoring, and/or Warehousing.
- You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent vocational education.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re a Supply Chain professional with high attention to detail.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Latham, New York, is $63,000 to $100,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
