Here’s the Gist:

In this role you will work closely with the rest of the Equipment Team to manage parts inventory and ensure an appropriate stock of maintenance supplies.  


The Day-to-Day:

    • Submit purchase requisitions for equipment components, assembly repair, spares, and consumables
    • Working with Engineering teams to support multiple initiatives
    • Perform and assist in invoice and purchase order reconciliation
    • Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory, including participating in cycle counting processes
    • Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, equipment spares and consumables
    • Interact with vendors in all aspects of repair or cleaning cycles
    • Identify, investigate, and correct invoicing mistakes (e.g., overcharges, tax errors, incorrect items) by collaborating with vendors and internal teams

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

    • Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Extreme attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and professional negotiation/communication skills
    • Three-way matching, invoice reconciliation, data entry, vendor management
    • Two year certificate or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred
    • Experience in the semiconductor industry and wafer processing equipment
    • Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment in fabrication
    • Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift and pallet jack

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$22.30 - $30.70
