Job Description:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coupang order management

  • Operate Coupang Purchase Orders in the Coupang system and issue delivery orders to the local warehousing vendor.
  • Provide weekly consumption reports and daily updates on purchase orders.
  • Prepare monthly projections for shippable amount.
  • Generate weekly inventory reports based on Coupang sell-out and inventory data. 
  • Schedule monthly inventory replenishment plans and monitor inventory levels.
  • Prepare customs declarations and other necessary paperwork by coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agencies to ensure a smooth and timely import process.
  • Work closely with the local warehousing vendor to improve logistics efficiency.

B2B Sales and Operation support to Korea Sales team.

  • Order management and act as the liaison between the sales team and the APeA Operations team.

Support Apple VMI

  • Assist the HK logistics team and operations team for Apple Korea VMI imports by coordinating with Schenker Korea & freight forwarders.

Manage office administration

  • Handle ad hoc requests and coordinate activities

Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in consumer electronics or consumer I.T. or accessory products or marketing in the KOREA markets, preferably with key account management experience acquired from a multinational organization.
  • Understand cross-cultural difference and business practice
  • Ability to run commercial partnership effectively and independently.
  • Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and fast changing marketplace
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and service orientated with a "can do" attitude.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
