Logistics Analyst

Eindhoven, Netherlands - Onsite

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst, to join our Logistics team in Eindhoven.

This role is full time, onsite in Eindhoven and a fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Role

Working in a team you will be responsible for organizing and implementing process and service improvements as part of Continuous Improvement as well reviewing and monitoring department and global KPIs.

Continuous improvements areas can be varied from warehouse processes, transportation services including the complete “quote to cash” end-to-end process with analyses being done on KPIs, warehouse workload and planning, customer complaints, and carrier lane assessments. Developing concepts to improve quality and efficiency based on feedback from our customers (Voice of the Customer).

You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met whilst serving as liaison between sales and operations teams.

Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of Operations and/or Logistics background.
• Experience working in “best in class” operations organizations.
• Excellent written, presentation, and English communications skills,
• Advanced level of experience with MS Software. Experience with SAP ECC/EWM/TMS is a pre
• Experience driving projects and metrics.
