What this Job Entails:
The Logistics Analyst II has a background in inventory management, logistics or manufacturing operations. This individual will need to be able to execute and track change orders, understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and serve as a liaison between our clients and 3rd parties.
Scope:

Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues

Works on problems of moderate scope

Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Execute and track completion of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO), Deviations, and all other Configuration Management activities.

Administer new Part Number (PN) set-up for parts and components.
-
Generate charts and reports as required to demonstrate metric and KPI trends on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Coordinate the implementation of Internal Subsystem Bill of Materials (BOM) and Top-Level Assemblies (TLA).

Work with client stakeholders to develop logistics concepts and coordinate product knowledge.

Provide structural assistance and management for the creation of On-the-Shelf (OTS), custom Part Numbers, including BOM.

Manage information and applicable supporting documents including, Manufacturing Part Numbers (MPN) specifications, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) certificates and other applicable attributes for stakeholders from Approved Manufacturer List (AML) and Approved Vendor List (AVL).

Develop logistics plans and procedures, risk identification, and management.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Builds productive internal and external working relationships

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Knowledge of creating part numbers, configuration management, and bill of materials BOM
-
Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills
-
Basic knowledge of materials and components in a production environment

Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) structures, design of ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) flows eCAD, or mCAD component understanding

Excellent organization skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.

Salary Range
$59,921.00 - $99,872.40 USD (Salary)
