Logistics Analyst Apprendistato

We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program. This is a 1 to 3 years of apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

What You Will Do:

Supporting your assigned tutor, you will:

• Improve the overall logistics process focusing on service and efficiency improvement as well as cost savings

• Lead logistic saving projects

• Ensure continuous network availability

• Continuous improvement and business analysis

• Communicate cross-functionally with corporate functions such as Plant Operations, 3PL, Marketing, Planning and Procurement

• Daily support of operational duties of the team both in 3PL management and customer delivery

• Contribute to team KPIs

• Effectively communicates results, and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required

• Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, scorecard, back orders (causes and solutions), replenishment shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities.

• Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams.

• Team-work and outstanding attention to detail.

• Italian Mother tongue.

• Fluent in English.

• Valid Driver’s License – to drive when necessary Copiano warehouse.

• Previous project management or logistics experience is a plus.

• SAP, Power of BI or Tableau is an asset.
