Logistics Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including dispatch notes, and delivery receipts.
- Track vehicle movements, cargo status, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Support warehouse operations.
- Assist in resolving logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and databases related to logistics operations.
- Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding operational and administrative matters.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
