Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Admin to manage and improve inbound and outbound operations, global trade compliance, and finished goods logistics. This role supports product movement, inventory coordination, and new product or process changes, including packaging enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs and global trade regulations.

  • Manage finished goods inventory and oversee product movement with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

  • Prepare and review shipping, customs, and trade compliance documentation, including dangerous goods requirements.

  • Support new product introductions, prototyping, and engineering changes impacting packaging and logistics.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across logistics operations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in import/export operations and global trade compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $20.77 - $32.45/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
