The Key Account Manager - On Field will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the logistics sector. This role involves direct, on-site interaction with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, address issues, and identify opportunities for expanding business.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Service Delivery and Optimization: Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide insights and feedback to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, service levels, and client feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and service issues.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Depth understanding of logistics operations, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
