What you’ll do

Drive Logistics improvements on customer level to ensure quality, sustainability and cost targets are met, taking into account Customer NPS O&D

Establish a logistics-to-logistics relationship with key customers

Be the contact point for our sales organization to manage Customer logistics contractual requirements

Define, formalize, implement, maintain and monitor execution of the Logistics Customer Service Offer and Service Level Agreements of Signify

Understand customer requirement towards DC and related systems, elaborate solutions and associated cost within CFH

Provide pricing options to Customers, prepare arguments to overcome Customers objection

Identify improvement opportunities on cost, quality and service, define a project pipeline

Drive implementation of customer specific improvements in alignment with customers, sales and other stakeholders

Represents logistics in Customer performance review. Provide visibility of our Service (DRM ER), Quality (Claims) and Cost for given Customers
Your qualifications

Very good knowledge of Customer Order processes, Logistics processes and capabilities, finance, and IT systems.

Customer-centric attitude and commercial savviness

Analytical and structured in defining our logistical service offer

Digital proficiency

Collaborative mindset (Internal and external)

Strategic thinking (analyze situation, propose solutions in line with Customer needs and align with company strategy)

Effective communication, able to conduct a sales pitch.
