Mission

- Learn and Practice on how to make sure that Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement and Safety standards are properly implemented

- Learn and Practice on how all logistics areas including the raw materials, components and finished goods flows, storage locations (inside and outside) and external warehouses

- Learn and Practice on how to Insure the consistency between material external flows and documents related.
- Learn and Practice on how to Support customers contacts, suppliers contacts during off-shift hours.
- Learn and Practice on how to Insure the counting, faxing and promises follow-up of the Visual Re-order system

Responsibilities

 Learn and Practice on how to Prepare manual paperwork for shipments when is needed
 Learn and Practice on how to Responsible of the proper filing and archiving of all shipping and receiving documents.
 Learn and Practice on how to Apply and contribute to the definition of the procedures and methods to control this activity
 Learn and Practice on how to Address and fix all issues related to an incorrect or missing document/label
 Learn and Practice on how to Contact suppliers not document/label compliant to ask and follow their corrective action plans
 Learn and Practice on how to Report suppliers document and labeling discrepancies and action plans status
 Learn and Practice on how to Control the receiving and shipping job stream in the system
 Learn and Practice on how to Insure the pas-on during off-shift hours for on going issues
 Learn and Practice on how to Organize and follow up during off-shift hours premium transportation
 Learn and Practice on how to Responsible for proof of delivery issues
 Learn and Practice on how to Send by Fax or via web-portals ASN’s to customers without EDI connection and/or failed ASN’s
