The Logistics EOP Specialist (Modular Lead) is responsible for managing Modular Specialists and Stellantis representatives for Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues related to the Extension of Plants (EOP) and Modular supply base. Oversee activities for US and Canada Modular Supplier locations to ensure all locations are compliant to managing Stellantis-owned Productive Inventory as required for SOX control (as applicable), ensure current or potential production issues are communicated to appropriate internal/external representatives on a daily basis, certify root cause analysis of recurring issues, and verify proactive actions are implemented to reduce supplier delivery issues and read across to all applicable suppliers to reduce/eliminate risk of "like" issues. Also responsible for developing standardized processes to be implemented within plants and EOP/modular supplier locations and share best practices across the supply network. Engage in up front purchasing & engineering strategies for the most optimal delivery and inventory management solutions. Involve suppliers in the use of the Stellantis Production Way (SPW) Tools and look for optimization opportunities to streamline the delivery flow into the customer plants while minimizing defects. Visit suppliers for on-site reviews of corrective actions. Ensure synchronization of standard activities with Mexico Modular Specialist Team.

Preferred QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum EIGHT (8) years' experience in one or combination of the following: manufacturing operations, material flow, inventory management or supply chain management
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
- Must be motivated, self-directed and must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel 40-50% of the time, both international and domestic (Canada and possibly Mexico)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Advanced or Master's degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering)
- Hands on experience with material flow/supply chain automotive experience
