Logistic Analyst PL

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team. Based in Cariacica, you will be responsible for performing logistics and administrative activities including issuing requisitions for various materials, raw materials, and accessories; requesting transportation quotations; issuing contract‑based and intercompany purchase orders; materials planning; opening and releasing production orders (PO/OP); monitoring deliveries of domestic and imported materials; managing inventory/scrap; updating spreadsheets; and managing third‑party‑held inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders through open contracts, accessories, raw materials, and intercompany transactions.

• Monitor the backlog of requisitions and purchase orders pending issuance.
• Open and control production orders (PO/OP) and inventory materials, including date adjustments and rescheduling.
• Manage transformation materials held by third parties, including collection and delivery of materials to suppliers.
• Request freight quotations and manage freight contracting.
• Expedite and follow up on the supplier portfolio and group companies.
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate supplier KPI reports.
• Control various inventory types through dedicated systems and support scheduling of domestic and international deliveries.
• Create and maintain control routines for activities and process verification.
• Analyze and propose continuous improvements in departmental processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to conservation, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work area, and guide third parties in adhering to safety, discipline, and accident‑prevention standards.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Emitir requisições de compras e pedidos por meio de contratos em aberto, acessórios, matérias-primas e transações intercompany.
• Acompanhar a carteira de requisições e pedidos de compra pendentes de emissão.
• Abrir e controlar Ordens de Produção (OP) e materiais em estoque, incluindo ajustes de datas e remanejamento.
• Gerenciar materiais de transformação em poder de terceiros, incluindo coleta e entrega de materiais em fornecedores.
• Solicitar cotações de frete e realizar contratações de transporte.
• Realizar diligenciamento da carteira de fornecedores e empresas do grupo.
• Preparar, analisar e divulgar relatórios de KPIs de fornecedores.
• Controlar diversos tipos de estoques por meio de sistemas específicos e apoiar a programação de entregas nacionais e internacionais
• Criar e manter rotinas de controle das atividades e verificação de processos.
• Analisar e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos do departamento, garantindo eficácia operacional e otimização de recursos.
• Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de conservação, limpeza e higiene da área de trabalho, além de orientar terceiros quanto às normas de segurança, disciplina e prevenção de acidentes.

Formação

Formação superior em Administração, Logística ou áreas afins.
