This Opportunity

Currently looking for qualified local national (RMI) candidates to fill Operations Assistant positions in the Marshall Islands (Kwajalein) to support the US Army on the LOGCAP V project.

Your Impact  

Perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement. 

  • Answers phones, respond to customers, follow-up calls and maintains documentation.
  • Create and maintain office folders for new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Administrator, process invoices as necessary
  • Records customer service calls in database under complaints, review with Project Manager weekly.
  • Have charged receipts signed and approved by the project manager and sent to corporate, Code Payables and submit to the corporate office, Request Check requests as needed, Works with Project Manager and region to complete weekly/monthly billing.
  • Create and maintain vendor files for project.
  • Maintains office supplies and keeps inventory.
  • Upload Truck/Equipment repair receipts and preventative maintenance forms to share drive.
  • Complete Purchase Order requests
  • Coordinate mailing for the Office
  • Assist in creating monthly technician schedules.
  • Maintain Treatment Log
  • Support Project Manager with recruitment, printing of applications and resumes
  • Enter time sheets daily/weekly & maintains payroll records.
  • Maintain personnel files for all branch personnel.
  • Process new hire and termination paperwork submit to corporate.
  • Faxes and e-mails as needed.
  • Maintains reports as necessary.
  • Uses all equipment safely.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications  

  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization. 
  • Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis. 
  • Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

  • Assists manager in standardization of process and procedures to improve efficiencies.
  • Gathers information for daily weekly monthly reports.
  • Coordinates all base access passes and badges.
  • Coordinates travel and logistics for employees to and from base
  • Maintains operational trackers and accountability information.
  • Experienced working in international work environments.
  • Proactive nature and strong interpersonal skills in collaborating, communicating, and working with other senior managers and staff.
  • 18+ years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Communicates effectively orally and in writing.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
  • Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol policy.
  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be detail oriented, motivated and drive to perform at a high level.
  • Must be able to comprehend English to include reading and writing.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum Years’ Experience: 2 years
  • Travel Required: 25%

Skills Required

  • Computer skills; able to operate a variety of computer programs
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
  • Valid driver's license with at least 12 months validity from on-site employment date
  • Valid passport with at least 12 months validity and minimum 6 blank pages prior to mobilization
