Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Lodge Manager reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager; the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations.  This position will be on a rotation basis 14 days on / 14 days off as required by the business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with all Federal and Provincial licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and site-specific statutory obligations. 

  • Achieve profit targets through effective operational and financial management, including participation in monthly forecasting and budget planning. 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and targets to support business growth and client satisfaction. 

  • Record, monitor, and report on contractual key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards across all lodge operations. 

  • Ensure productivity goals and operational performance standards are consistently achieved. 

  • Oversee the recruitment, mentorship, performance management, and professional development of direct reports. 

  • Establish and maintain clear performance standards, expectations, and accountability measures. 

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, responding to issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Ensure daily administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time, including payroll reporting, lodge reporting, client reporting, and other operational documentation.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel and food services management.

  • Class 5 Operator’s License, with a 5- year driving record satisfactory to Civeo’s driving criteria. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.

  • Experience in managing a unionized work force.

  • Knowledge of remote lodge operations is an asset. 

  • Self- motivated in managing a facility thru initiative and innovation to achieve results in a safe and profitable manner.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interaction with clients, guests and staff

  • Conflict resolutions skills. 

  • Aptitude to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to solve problems logically, and make decisions in unique situations. 

  • Must be abele to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
