Due to explosive growth, we are seeking a Lock Desk Analyst.

You will lock approximately 30 Hedged Loans, complete changes and extensions to Hedged Loans, locking and extending Best Efforts and Hedged Loans and update urgent point allocation requests. What we are looking for

• 1+ year experience in mathematical calculation and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A high degree of professionalism and responsibility
• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented—especially with data entry
• Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Even Better

• Prior mortgage experience desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
